Attacks that go first can be treated as "higher" in terms of speed similar to how quick attack from pkmn works. Clash power is limited statistics amplification.

Poise is Damage Boost not Statistics Amplification since all it does is boost one's Critical Hit chance.
You should also take into account what Identities the Sinners would have during their encounter with Ahab as the things they hit her with would also count under her resistances.

Resistance to: Fire Manipulation(via being able to withstand getting hit by Fire-based E.G.Os such as 4th Match Flame and Capote), Ice Manipulation(via being able to withstand getting hit by Rodion's Rime Shank E.G.O), Resistance Negation and Corrosion Inducement(via being able to witshstand BLACK Damage form Outis' Magic Bullet E.G.O.). Electricity Manipulation (via being able to withstand getting hit by Electricity-based E.G.Os such as Telepole and AEDD)

I've heard mixed things about stuff like this. Some say surviving a fire-based attack is fire resistance, but other claim it doesn't mean anything because they still take damage. All of these still damage her, they just don't fry her or whatever would happen realistically lol

Yeah being set on fire or zapped doesn't just instantly kill you, especially if you're generally superhumanly durable anyways. Resistance to that kind of stuff would be more if burn stacks did less damage to them specifically
Ice is weirder in that it's more taking energy away than hitting someone with energy (And we do see Rimeshank seemingly can just flash freeze a whole area but people can still keep fighting after it's applied, so presumably they can't just be trapped in an icicle) and something like BLACK damage is generally way more fatal

Mostly for fun, I'm gonna try and calc all the base Sinner EGOs. AP for some, speed for others, just trying to get something from each. Probably won't be anything terribly relevant

As far as I can tell, the VSBW consensus seems to be that if you can survive heat or high voltage that would blatantly kill anyone IRL that does count as resistance even if you're like country level in durability.
If it wasn't way fewer people would have resistance to either, although the "instantly vaporizes people" type heat feats in Project Moon involve people/Abnos way stronger than Canto 5 Sinners, so I'm not sure if Ahab should have those resistances
