Hello! This CRT will attempt to upgrade (basically) all of Undertale to At least Multi-Solar System level, likely Low Complex Multiverse level.

Napstablook's Feat
The most obvious one. While hanging out with Napstablook, they manage to create a pocket dimension containing a starry sky. As I'm sure you all know, this is a blatant 4-A feat. Napstablook as an ATK stat of 10, meaning everyone can either upscale or downscale accordingly.

Frisk's Feat
Frisk also has a solid 4-A feat. By looking through the telescope in Waterfall, Frisk also creates a pocket dimension containing a starry sky.

Low 1-C Scaling
As of now, only the top tiers scale to Low 1-C. I'm here to change that.

During the fight with Asriel, his strongest attack hits the MERCY button. The MERCY button tanks this attack for a few seconds before falling away intact.

Meanwhile, Asgore manages to effortlessly SHATTER the same button.

The MERCY button has Low 1-C durability due to tanking Asriel's attack, and Asgore can shatter it in one hit. This obviously means that Asgore is, at the very least, comparable to Asriel.

That's wrong, the feat would actually be between 3-B and 3-A because it contains multiple galaxies.

Make sense

The problem is that Asgore's ATK/DEF is 80, while Asriel's is infinite. This would place Asriel infinitely above Asgore, potentially making Asriel 1-C. However, since Asriel failed to destroy the button while Asgore did, this means Asgore scales to 1-C. But then the problem of Asgore having 80 ATK/DEF would return, making Asriel High 1-C. However, since Asriel failed to destroy the button while Asgore did, this also means Asgore scales to High 1-C. But then the problem of Asgore having 80 ATK/DEF would return, making Asriel 1-B. However, since Asriel failed to destroy the button while Asgore did, this means Asgore scales to 1-B. But then the problem of Asgore having 80 ATK/DEF would return, making Asriel High 1-B. However, since Asriel failed to destroy the button while Asgore did... Yes, that means Asgore scales to High 1-B as well, but then the problem of Asgore having 80 ATK/DEF would return, making Asriel Low 1-A. However, since Asriel couldn't destroy the button and Asgore could, this means Asgore scales to Low 1-A as well. But then the problem of Asgore having 80 ATK/DEF would return, making Asriel 1-A. But then the problem of Asgore having 80 ATK/DEF would return, making Asriel 0, but since Asriel couldn't destroy the button and Asgore could, that means Asgore scales to 0 as well, so in conclusion everyone who scales to Asgore or above is tier 0.
