2. Both will have their Standard Equipment (Raiden will have the Murasama)
3. Fight will take place in Detroit; both will start around 50 meters apart. There is a Waffle House nearby, so winner gets food from the Waffle House
4. Speed Unequal

No, the problem is that his advantages are all wrong, the low 6-b rating comes from a complete misinterpretation of a feat and his speed is entirely made up with zero calcs actually supporting it.

I know I shouldn't be talking too much after making a horrendous calculation before, but the Low 6-B comes from an assumption that there was some sort of storm as big as the Sahara desert in the verse.

The person quite literally took the lowest and then the highest possible values (which looks quite odd to me, because why would the profile actually use the "likely Low 6-B". It's definitely NOT likely at all. It's "at most").

The high end has radius of 1500 kilometers while the low end has 100 meters. That's not a negligible difference.
