the big IT and fake elysia can keep it ig. welt IMO should keep 12 range since cores are connected to the cocoon and what not but eh if i need to ill remove it

Herrscher cores don’t get downgraded they’re completely unrelated to people like Jarilo Bronya having 5-D range (LMFAOO)

Only Imaginary Energy users (base humans) lost 12D. Core users should have different justifications. If they do, they keep it; if they dont, they lose it and then you make a crt to re-upgrade
