Never in my life.
Naoya is probably the most concrete scaling character in the series.
Speed feats?
Capable of blitzing both Choso (someone who went h2h with Kenjaku even before his “awakening”) and Yuji (someone who is verbatim relative to Yuta in speed).

Strength feats?
Put belt on Choso (someone who could endure attacks from a Yuji who is less than 1.7x weaker than a post Shibuya Yuji. Choso’s description of Yuji implies that his physical strength hadn’t increased but it was his finesse in terms of fighting that had a jump, meaning the difference is probably nonexistent. Yuji is comparable to Yuta.)

Durability?

I’ve seen like 3 different Naoya fans randomly appear, I don’t like it.

It’s weird.
Naoya has the capability to one shot Kamo, but later on in the fight he just chooses not to?
He can also speed blitz him whenever he wants but he just… doesn’t?

A trait shared amongst the strongest…
Jokes aside, I think it’s just a blatant case of PIS.
Naoya’s a dumbass but he’s not a fool.
He held back against Choso and nearly lost his life for it.
He fixed this mistake against Maki, immediately going all out. He lost because he underestimated her.
When he came back as a curse, he did make a few mistakes but he wasn’t all the way there mentally.
After he awakens?
He just straight up goes for the kill against Kamo (who someone blocks it at the very last second????). And barely tries to fight Maki in h2h.
After that he mopes out of it and immediately charges to full speed and rams her.
And then after that he just suddenly turns into a dumbass again.

He glazing pretty hard but he’s not entirely wrong.
Maki, as prideful as she is, admits that she had a 1/10 chance of beating Naoya after being hit by his max speed.
Maki is a TANK and yet the damage was severe enough that she was laid out and allowed Naoya to stand on top of her. Needed to hide temporarily to heal. Willing to sacrifice Kamo if it meant she could recover some. That’s how severe the damage was.

Curseya does beat HI Gojo and Geto but that's neither here nor there. Quite a few characters can do that.
 
"HI Gojo and Geto ain't even that strong"
Said Gojo intercepted Toji (Toji=Maki=Heavy Hitter tier of speed) while fatigued, Reinforced his body to stop toji from doing more damage while fatigued, and toji didn't even know if he'd win if he didn't fight him fatigued.
Geto a bum, sure, but let's not act like Gojo isn't Gojo
 
I'll give my honest opinion here. I think most of the High tiers should be downgraded to superhuman level, or maybe even lower, because Hakari literally doesn't have 0.01-second perception, and that's a DISGRACE! Naoya would finish that bum off without even realizing it with a knife. Put Hakari and Yuta against Naoya, then maybe it would be fair.

For me, Yuta is almost no chance either. Naoya seriously speedblitzes them both and stabs them. I can't see anyone except Gojo and Sukuna (disregarding the module, obviously) dealing with Naoya's speed; he's serious.

I don't have a top 15 list formed yet, I'm still rereading the manga, I only recently got into this verse. My top 5 is like this:

1 - Sukuna
2 - Gojo
3 - Maho
4 - Curseya
5 - MBA Kashimo (although this one is also a fraud, just not a bigger fraud than Yuta)

toji was in no way on par with teen gojo in speed, gojo's awakening didn't do anything but teach him rct and refresh him. The "awakening gojo" toji fought was just a gojo who he hadnt stalled for like 3 days
