Given that the amalgams malfunction when attacked showing a glitch, or that the Memoryhead have distorted bodies and dialogue through glitchs, I think we should give them a glitch physiology.

Being literal memory mixed with other memorys and creating a bad memory item that "hurt" you unless you already at your death door (this is memoryhead).
I feel corruption is ideal at least since thier item "hurts" you if you are at full health and heal you if you are close to dying.

We don't work with headcanons here. Prove they're literal memories mixed with other memories. Last i recall, we have no idea what makes up memory heads.

The flavor text "lorem ipsum docet" comes from Latin, but has no meaning since "lorem" is not a word. However, it does have a few possible origins:

Like they literally take piece of themself and put on your inventory and you cant remove it unless you sell them in the end of the game in Pacifist route.
With also thier connection to the phone traslation since frisk can only understand them after you use the phone to "correct" the noise.

They kinda literally bugs in reality just look thier dialogue and how frisk cant know what they are talking about and just hear the sound it eletronic.

It sounds electronic because their way of communication seems to be a form of Technology Manipulation, as Frisk could only understand them through the cellphone.

How ? They literally put part of themself inside your inventory that you cant remove via normal means (and only can do that via shop or comsuming).

Also About technology manipulation
