It wouldn't mean we have to instantly jump to something more severe if the next infraction is just as minor, but I think it would be valuable here to have it on record. Their overall dramatic attitude here makes me concerned this will be a repeat issue that we may need to keep tabs on.

I don't agree with vote manipulation. If we are to give a warning, it should be for their continuously overly aggressive behavior, not for a mistake which they immediately backed off from once given instructions.
Edit: For the record, I also overall don't believe a warning is necessary for this particular case. However, if we want to give one anyways when looking at the wider context of Azerty still displaying aggressiveness despite the various reports and instructions they have received, that I would be fine here.

Yes, to be clear, that's what I'd advocate for a warning for, and mostly for keeping record via the tracker.
I don't think we can prove any intentional vote manipulation.

I mean, it's a pretty simple case. They found Vietthai's response on the thread unsatisfactory so didn't want to count it on those grounds. I explained that even if he disagreed with the reason, he had to count it, and immediately did so (in fact, the comments paint it as he only did so after I reminded him twice; but if you check the timing on the thread history, he counted Vietthai's vote immediately from the first comment where I gave him the instructions, I simply missed it and based on his overly defensive response to my instructions, felt he was still adamant to his position)
So "intentional" in the sense he maliciously wasn't going to no matter what? Nah. "Intentional" in the sense he didn't want to initially because he thought an unsatisfactory vote shouldn't be counted? Yeah, he plainly stated so in the thread.

I don't see any malicious intention from Azertyhuuh. He just didn't count my vote because of his belief that my evaluation is not satisfactory to him, not because he wanted to manipulate the staff vote, and he did add my vote after Lephyr talked to him. So yeah, I agree with giving him a warning based on his over-aggressive attitude, not because of the situation revolving around counting my vote

What manipulation are you talking about? I never did that, and everyone in the thread saw it. No staff member voted for me except one, and when he didn’t provide reasons, I refused to put him on the list of opponents in front of everyone. After the supervisor came and told me that I was required to include him even if he didn’t give reasons, I added him. Honestly, this talk about manipulation is not true, and I am not the kind of person who does that. In fact, I was the one who publicly refused to include him because I didn’t know, and I didn’t manipulate anything, so please stop portraying me as if I actually manipulated things.
The person who truly manipulates voting is the one who adds staff votes deceptively and removes staff rejections deceptively without anyone noticing. That is what is called vote manipulation, so please don’t tell me I did things I never did.

While wanting to defend yourself is understandable, genuine advise for the future (as you very frequently do this on this thread and others): The staff is who ultimately determines the rule infractions a user commits and acts accordingly. Even if I disagree you did vote manipulation, if the rest of staff determined you did, it is what it is. So you coming here and try to dictate how an issue (that's still under discussion even) should be handled in this manner, is part of the reason you are being given a warning for your overall conduct.
Stop being so overly defensive for any minimal perceived infraction against you. This is the exact reason you keep getting reported.

In theory there's nothing wrong with letting him collect his stuff. We'd have to watch closely though, as there's nothing stopping him from stirring up lots of trouble once he gets that stuff.Hello.

Although, given his worst behaviour was off-site, the possibility of him appealing his ban later does probably exist.

As long as it's just something like copy/pasting text into a different program/file and/or to deliver to someone else to continue projects, I wouldn't mind. But given his track record, there should still be a watch on his activity.Hello.

We're having an issue with people not reading our thread but this guy @Invincible4Viltrum101 is still pushing random arguments and refusing to just read it as a whole. @Dalesean027 asked him to read the thread because his arguments are just stuff we addressed already + he already got a warning foir being dense and acting ironic. Dale apparently also deleted some of his comments already so worth checking that out too.

The problem is not here. The problem is that the person who reported me now referred to the Questions and Answers thread about Yogiri being +H1A that I opened about two weeks ago or a very long time ago. This was before the last report made against me by Dark_Soul20189. When that person reported me the last time, he also mentioned this thread in his report, and it was rejected and the issue was resolved. The warning came since that time, yet now he is returning to that old thread and using it as evidence. On top of that, it does not violate the rules, and he even says that it violates the rules because of his behavior, even though he himself was warned the last time. Moreover, this thread was originally created before the last warning and was already mentioned in my previous report. Aside from everything I just explained, it is not a violation.

In fact, as I explained to Random-Helper323, I opened this thread before the last report made against me. In that last report submitted by Dark_Soul20189, he also mentioned this thread and referred to it in that report. After that, I was warned about all of this from that time. Therefore, your report now does not add anything or change anything, so I will not get into any trouble. Also, neither you nor anyone else will succeed in getting me into trouble.
