"Needless to say, I don't think it's reasonable to say that someone needs those perception speeds to resist this ability, or that resisting this ability implies those perception speeds." From Agnaa.
As things currently stands, having higher perception speed doesn't help against UV

I mean, it's like how the flash has Super fast thinking and has a brain that's like a quantum computer
 
Doubt he means that in a general sense, just that you can resist perception hax like it without needing such perception speed. We know the curses don't got that, yet they drastically are less effected by it than humans, likely due to ce messing with the brain.

I agree with idea that higher perception speed would help against UV.
But to put exact number you would need to make calc, get some numbers, and then make CRT about it, to write nite somewhere that "having such and such perception speed makes you immune to UV"

No bait, I genuinely think Cursed Naoya is just too fast for anyone but the top 5 to handle.
Ik yall powerscalers goobers don’t like the idea of most of the verse being blitzed by Naoya but I think Gege’s made it clear where the characters stand in terms of speed. He doesn’t have the raw power of Kenjaku but I think he’d be so fast that it wouldn’t matter.

I personally think Maki is the physical peak in JJK excluding the obv god tiers.
She also has SSK and cannot be trapped by domains. I think she beats Ryu mid diff

Kenjaku probably can react but even if not, he's smart enough just as Maki and Kamo were, to realize he needs time to gain speed. He'll figure something out from there. Could stop Naoya with Ganesha, use his domain to auto target or just outlast with all his curses.

Well Kamo questioned why Naoya was flying off and Maki had to tell him he was building up speed. Maki only knew this due to her previous encounter with Naoya.
But Kenjaku’s smart, maybe he just knows.
Ganesha just stalls things out and in the event that Kenjaku casts his domain and it Naoya catches on…. He’ll be in CT burnout and it’s just free eats for Naoya.
But what you mentioned is fair, Kenjaku could possibly win but I’d argue 6/10 speed triumphs over

Well, Naoya has the fastest speed excluding Gojo and Sukuna.
Like, blitz tier above everyone else.
He also has one of the deadliest domains in the series, utilizing projection sorcery he would be able to get it off before any other domain user can pop theirs.
The sure hit isn’t even the destruction that occurs when you move, it’s the tapes that flies into your neck, so if it ever lands on you there’s no stopping it even with a simple domain.
Try to cast your own domain? Move too fast and you lose your limb.
Outside of Gojo Sukuna/ Jackpot Hakari, I don’t think there’s anyone in the series who can survive and stop that.
Ignoring the speed slop, I think that domain alone would put him up there with Gojo, Sukuna, Kenjaku as legitimate calamities

Nothing suggests Naoya domain tapes is faster than others can cast SD.
 
Yeah lets just ignore how maki is below curse naoya even if she canonically is above him, dabura and yuji are a tier above characters that scale to them and kashimo is just downplayed for funsies 🐿️

Dabura is not Top 1.
Yuji above Gojo and Sukuna because of "vibes"
Curse Naoya is barely top 20, struggled to kill Kamo, needed binding vows to damage Awakened Maki (W mei mei level), got outpaced by maki when she truly realised herself. And is confirmed to be less durable than Hanami.
Why is Yuki so above Yuta, they are straight up said to be on the same level by Maki.
Naobito canonically lost to Dagon. Why is he there. He wasn't holding back against Dagon you know? Same with Naoya as he's straight up just confirmed to be below Naobito.
Jogo's feats to be that high? Please?
Why is Uro that much above Ryu when they are consistently comparable throughout the 1v1v1, same with Yuta, if anything Ryu is the most durable and has the highest output of all three.
What did Miguel do to be so high? Be african?
Yorozu is honestly above Maki via her feats on 16F Sukuna but her being below Maki is fine-ish (still all the others above her in that tier should be gone)
Uraume and Hakari have 0 wincons against Yuta or any of the actual heavy hitters (not on the list, I mean the actual heavy hitters)
Mei Mei is canonically a grade 1, unless you're arguing her crows will literally hit anyone in special grades in an actual fight (it won't) she can't be that high.
Ko-Guy is confirmed to be a grade 2 curse spirit which Gege confirms to be on the level of grade 3-2 sorcerers. He literally can't even be grade 1 level.
Base Kashimo alone would beat the shit out of JP Hakari.
Dagon is straight up the weakest disaster curse, he is below Hanami.
Choso has better feats than everyone above him in grade 1 warriors, especially with FRSS.
Chapter 149 has Ogi literally confirm that he was comparable to Naobito in capabilties as a sorcerer except the capabilities of his children and that was the only reason Naobito became the leader and not him (even if you disagree with that, he was still a special grade 1 sorcerer, and yes a single slash from Maki does indeed kill that bum naoya aswell btw).

Vibes. There's nothing else implying Yuji grew his domain refinement for now. Most we can see is he got kinda good with pb and developed shrine better. I'd be surprised if we find out he can create a domain equal to Gojo's or outright barrierless.
