Something I noticed is cursed energy is fated for humans so there's no getting rid of it sadly, but that kinda hints at ce's existence being more fundamental to humans or its just due to how humans are.

I'd argue "humans" is referring to earthlings and simurians here, since Maru and Yūji say simurians and the japanese would keep some cursed energy due to it being required for normal functioning of the body, as is for non-japanese earthlings.

Also I'm thinking kalyans are pos energy since Simurians don't make kalyans.
