Plus im pretty I've seen a good few H7-C feats like Uzumaki from Geto or Pure Love Beam.

Mech feat got removed, Uraume's ice is only 8-A now, and the only feat that's H7C is Gojo's earthquake and that might change, then Jogo's earthquake could also change but no one scales to that either. L7C might be through multipliers or some feat. There's still the Inumaki h7c earthquake but that might change too

Don't think the earthquake is getting removed, don't see it getting below High 7-C either. Literal BoG shockwaves of the verse.

No, it's already downgraded to MCB
It usage would prolly be deemed invalid for Inumaki's earthquake. Gojo's Earthquake doesn't use it, so at least god tiers have their 7-C for now
