I been saying this, man. It isn't hard to process. The fact that the current speed tiering is the way it is feels like a gaslight and solely there by naysayers. There should definitely be a thread be made about this to change the damn scaling without this weird dodgy "oh he's immeasurable but ONLY in generations and ONLY in White Space and he can ONLY do it when he's "amped".". Like, why even have immeasurable on the damn profile at all if it's a White Space exclusive. It doesn't make sense.

Anyways, here's hoping they don't pop-off on Metal Sonic's stats in his pre-episode trailer because if they do that for Metal Sonic but not Cell that would be quite the bad sign.

does anyone else find the DC/Marvel rules for powerscaling kinda selective? if "street level" characters have hundreds of non "street-level" feats, I think they shouldn't be considered on that level since its happened too many times to call them outliers

also, I think members of the base sonic cast not being tier 1 has to do with people refusing to believe that idea even though there's a lot of evidence to back it up? either way the first badnik you see in sonic 1 still solos the verse lets be real

I suppose because the evidence isn't as solid as tier 2, that or it'd be deemed an outlier. (Personally I'm a bit more lax on what should be an outlier but that's irrelevant to what other people think)
Tier 2 is especially solid if the Super form baseline is low-multi, a little bit of chainscaling with "Eggman make ultimate weapon and it stronger than super egg robot which stagger super sonk" and "hog beat perfect chaos where he need super to beat him before" and other lower but still strong feats of Erazor, Emerl, Infinite and DER as a couple examples.
Tier 1 isn't as solid but you COULD get it with Infinite or really stretching what Eggman encompasses with "ultimate weapon."

The only thing I'm not 100% sure of is if the Super form baseline is low-multi, I'm like 50/50 on that bc of stuff like Starline's statement and the Tikal's prayer in JP not saying "power enriched by the heart." That being said if we get a statement saying Super Sonic is Sonic's ultimate form then I'll gladly take it bc direct upscale from Darkspine and World Rings!!
If that actually happens it would be the most insane day for Sonic powerscaling everjust wait till silver gens where he kills Solaris in 3 hits

Iiirc our best evidence for Low 1-C base cast comes from a couple of them fighting Void in Shuffle. I’m actually curious if there has been arguments made for it on here, and if so, why it might have been shot down

What I find more interesting is they went out of their way to mention Bardock's bullshit power up and are basically slapping that onto Cell because he's part Saiyan even though that's just weird Dragon Ball Super nonsense that definitely didn't work that way back in Z.

True, it's also interesting that they said "orders of magnitude stronger" as if to imply the amp is a hundred fold or more for what saiyans can get mid battle. I'm probably reading too much into that but it does make me wonder if they'll claim that Cell can theoretically reach Dragon Ball Super levels of power through zenkai boosts and just getting beat up but then deciding "oh I'm stronger now" Goku Black style. Although if they do something absurd like that I'd expect it to be put in a Black Box rather than being a deciding factor in the outcome

If they make Cell function more like Goku Black despite only getting a Zenkai boost from Self-Destructing because of how good his regen is then I'm gonna be genuinely annoyed.

I’m not sure what's considered an emotional amp, but since the Ancients used the Emeralds to make Cyberspace wouldn’t that mean it wasn’t the base Emeralds that formed it? They also used the Emeralds to make the Titans which are stronger than base Sonic, so I’m not sure this idea works.

The Titans weren’t without their pilots, even when Super Sonic fought them as revealed by both the Snake and Crane Trials in the Final Horizon DLC.
The one who piloted Wyvern states that: I couldn’t defeat it in the end (The End). And then I lost to you. Face me again! I demand satisfaction!”
While the one who piloted Supreme states: “You freed my dearest friends from their Titan shells, and for that you have my deepest thanks.”
With Sage awakening their rage against Sonic, I believe the emotional amp could be applied to the Titans, leaving room for arguments regarding the baseline power of the Emeralds being what helped create Cyber Space.

For a second I almost thought "hey what if Emerl's speed could be scaled to the Final Egg Blaster's blast speed since he absorbed the energy and was physically empowered by it?" Like it kinda feels solid since the physical empowerment but for some reason it also doesn't.Still mentioned it in my light speed doc just for fun

Funnily enough Super Sonic can kinda do the same thing in Superstars, tho it can be instant death.
I will say that the emeralds in Frontiers did go on to power Cyber Space back from its standby mode even without any ancients to emotionally amp it. Not that I agree with scaling Chaos Emeralds to a 1-C baseline

at the end of prime, ghost hill became sonic's old home, just turned back into what the prime World was before, the other universes still exist within the ENTIRE current prime world.
