One Piece new chapter spoilers thread

Now what we wanna see is Kaido coming out of the water in fire dragon form, finally ready to fight against Imu, as his goal of finding Joyboy has been successful. 🙈 Now both Loki and Kaido, Harald's sons, are there to avenge Rocks and settle the dishonor from Harald on Xebec ✋🐵🤚

I read the Viz Translation for the new chapter. Sommers might the dumbest member of the Holy Knights. He's probably getting killed after Elbaph, for blaming Imu for own L I'm curious what the titular "Strongest Thing in the World" is meant to refer to, because when Loki & Luffy arrive, Jarul mentions the arrival of the Sun God. Also, after seeing what Jarul said about the return of the Sun God, reminds me of the mythical Fimbulwinter, which happens before Ragnarök.

It refers to the familial love between the giants
Yes. Love, but it can also refer to Loki's dragon form in terms of raw physical power. It seems to be intended as a double-meaning. 🙏❤️

Well, my personal opinion is that since it's written from the perspective of a child looking at their parents, and the bonds between giant families, Loki is one of the kids, and part of the "family."
I agree with this interpretation. Loki loves Elbaph despite the way he was treated since birth, and he is definitely included in the title's meaning

So perhaps a part of it is meant to be him calling himself the strongest, idk.

The new spoilers are out. 🙏

Loki >>> Kaido confirmed
Shanks >= Joy Boy ? 🤔

Only one fact is eternal in One Piece, The Greatest stand supreme on top of the World 🌎

So they revealed Loki's fruit is the Nidhogg fruit. Ragnir is the one with ice powers. I’m curious who the War God who fought with the Sun God is. Or which Sun God did he fight [was it Nika or Joyboy?]

Raws for the new chapter are out. Loki is epic. I wonder if his eventual Vivre Card will list his size as a Zoan in addition to his regular height. Hopefully we don't get another Zunesha situation.

Sommers is such a bum, that he perfectly captures the celestial dragon idiocy even though he is pretty powerful. Never had a character who I wanted to see get slain in One Piece as much as him. He had no brain cells if he thought blaming Imu would work, and now he throws away his mission to kill people. He has more death flags than Saturn ever did right now.

Kind of gruesome to see sommers getting his head split while also getting his teeth knocked out (plus a broken jaw)...but luckily for him, Imu's shared Regen makes up for that.

Well, Loki has some way to kill the knights and elders, but we do not know how and when it activates yet. 🙏

Interestingly, Loki's fruit is called "dragon-dragon" fruit, which puts it in the same category as all the dinosaur fruits. Kaido's was "fish-fish" type. Also, I wonder if Kaido's fruit also works in the same way, like if a giant ate it, would the resulting dragon be even more massive?

I think Sommers is finally dead after getting stomped by Loki
We can hope, but we need confirmations for how to kill the knights and elder stars. 🙏

BTW this chapter also states that the hammer (ragnir) was "possessed" by Ratatoskr (the ice squirrel). Maybe Ratatoskr became a devil fruit that was "fed" to the hammer

Yes. Legendary creatures seem to become devil fruits at some point, but I do not think that we know exactly how yet.

Didn't Oda mention that devil fruits are born from extremely great desires? Maybe that played into it? 🙏

If Sommers is still alive after this, it'll be better when Imu kills that weasel than Saturn. The Gorosei are definitely scumbags, but Sommers has a new record for my least favorite Celestial Dragon. He's a worse version of Charloss who somehow doesn't realize he's a scrub without the regen gimmick. Idk he's overstayed his welcome for me.

He seems to be a lot like Jeffrey epstein, not just in appearece 🦧

I dunno. Sommers seems more like an enthusiastically sadistic and supremacist war-criminal than an underage sex-slaver. 🙏

The way he likes to do evil towards the innocent is like near 1 to 1 to Jeffery

both are twisted individuals who also view themselves as superior to others

The only thing we don’t have info on is Sommers having predatory fetishes which I doubt Oda would ever show… tho some back stories does imply that type of behavior within the celestial dragons

Killingham is a bad dude but he's goofy so I'm gonna spare him for now.

Most of the CD in God Valley with screen time like Sommers are predators tbh. That being said while a lot of celestial dragons have been pretty sus, we’ve seen varying degrees of how horrible they are.

I don’t think all of them are exactly the same in that way. Realistically even though Killingham is the probably the least bad out of the Elbaf Holy Knights [if Gunko is completely controlled ig] and assuming he doesn’t do the same, I’m pretty sure all of them own slaves ngl.

Mjosgard was seen as weirdo for freeing his slaves after all [RIP btw]

Ops, I meant to type sommers
If you licked me in a room with Sommers and Killingham, 3 people would come out and Sommers wouldn't be one of them.
Hm? 🤨
