Even with the anime not being canon, we'd be able to use it for timing (to a degree) and for clarification on certain feats (I.E., Hakari+Kashimo Shenigans, if ykyk) as long as it doesn't contradict the manga

In Hakari vs Yuji
  • Manga Yuji avoids the first door, Anime Yuji gets stuck
  • Manga Yuji gets kicked twice and suffers from a few jabs before headbutting Hakari by grabbing and pulling him, Anime Yuji gets kicked once then ***** slapped (he can't even get up after this) and then picked up like a child before headbutting

Exactly, can't use TS cuz contradicts the manga.
We'd need a whole lot more contradictions before we can try making Anime Original Profiles tho

IDK man, if the anime makes it clear that Hakari 100% dodge wasn't just "Kashimo was aiming for his shoulder, trust," it is a feat and we can use the anime for timing and all sorts of calc stuff.
It'd outlier for the manga cuz Maki's a Mach 3 bum, but a feat noneless

yes cuz it's pretty much the same JJK story as the manga and we can't just use new feats to justify new profiles. Still, there's still hope

IDK man, ignoring the thing that helped JJK's popularity and influenced Gege while he was writing/drawing the manga by the Shinjuku showdown is also kinda dumb.

People are not ready if that happens you can still argue for reaction speed for JP Hakari since we already have Dabura with sub light speed. Lol
But obviously Yuta and Maki fans won't be liking the rating since they can't accept Hakari upscale in anyway.

It’s just making entirely separate profiles because some animators decide to take minor artistic liberties (as in, an upscale every now and then) is just dumb.
If this was Dragon ball where the anime is deadass an entire different series, then it would reasonable, but trying to create anime only profiles just for upscaling sake is goober activity.

i don’t think the anime will make him sidestep. I think the manga is very clear about Hakari not side stepping it.
If the anime actually does make it a feat, I’d argue it just contradicts the manga’s version.
