Also looking at it on Apples page, this is very clearly not enhanced senses. That requires blatantly superhuman hearing or sight for example and this explicitly stated on the page, like dogs or bats would possess. So being able to pick up on things that other humans older than you can is nowhere near enough evidence for that. I can see in places that my parents are basically blind in and I would not even consider giving myself ES
