It has a 9-B plasma pistol for ranged fighting, the 8-C is from it's plasma sword here.

My other option is an Elite Zealot, 300 joules physically, 208,808,919 joules with the plasma pistol, and 5,033,228,689 joules for the energy sword. Balanced by the dogshit physicals but great attacks and whatnot. 545.2 KG of LS.

List that he has a plasma pistol, which is 9-B, and that he has his energy sword, which is 8-C. Because his 8-C shit is most ******* certainly not just non-ranged.

For the TOURNAMENT he only has 9-B ranged shit.

So what kind of skill feats are we looking at here for the cat? Elites are some of the best soldiers in Halo that aren't Spartans, Brutes or Forerunners. That's not even mentioning how brutal the wounds caused by plasma weaponry are in Halo due to sheer temperature of the shots.
