Garfiel gets jumped by 80,000 rabbits... again. Probably millions if we take @DaReaperMan's word for it.
THE RULES:
  • The battle takes place somewhere in Australia.
  • Speed is equalized.
  • Both are 7-B.
  • Arc 5 Garfiel is used.
  • There are 80,000 non-unique rabbits.
  • SBA for everything else.
AP: The bunnies scale to 13.69 Megatons (wrong calculation linked on the profile) and Garfiel is 40.185 Megatons (still no clue where it comes from)

Who wins and why?

There is... one problem for the Great Rabbit. Stampede.

Imagine 1920,000 rabbits. If even one tenth of them stampede, that's hard-core GG thanks to the defense drops and how numerous they are.
 
As with every great rabbit matchup, it once again just comes down to the fact that the great rabbit is unkillable unless you can atomize them all at the exact same moment or have some sort of broken hax to erase them. I don't see how wow bunnies could possibly kill them and I don't see how this could be anything but a stomp.

Oh, yeah, just saw what the duplication is, agreed.
 
Changed the combatant and rabbit type. Hope I didn't just turn this into a stomp in the other direction (I probably did).
 
Yeah Garfiel just skillslops them. Also like 99% sure his AD would clear getting his durability halved in a ******* heartbeat.
 
I mean, that's still 80,000 of them. If this doesn't work then I'm out of ideas.

...It's Re: Zero. Unless those things are all the ******* Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog. that doesn't really matter. It could be 80,000 or 800,000,000,000
 
It is Re:Zero, but as of arc 5 Garfiel is essentially a low tier in the story. There are 80,000 of these rabbits with equalized speed and they can drop his defense. I was thinking this debuff would be a huge problem based on how it's described on the profile, but after looking into it, it doesn't seem to actually stack. Still, it's a lot to deal with. Now the issue is his accelerated development. I find it being on this key a bit odd considering he got it right at the very end, but it is there. It's a problem for sure. With it, I think he wins for sure. Without it? They probably at least have a chance.

To be fair, it's for each bunny. The not stacking part is... for individuals. Not a swarm of 80K.

Stampede's In-game CD is as long as the stampede lasts. You literally have 0 way of saying whether the stampede stacks when used by multiple different Battle Pets. You aren't stumping me on my own profile.

I think that he was referring to "stacking" as stacking the effect (as in 50%*50%) rather than stacking the duration if you get what I mean.

I know.

You only have one battle pet out at a time and switch them around. So yeah, it can stack, it's just not a multiplicative stack. 50%+50%=100%

This only gets more nasty the more bunnies there are, so, say, 10,000 using Stampede... if I wasn't almost entirely sure Garfield here didn't skill stomp it'd be an easy dub.

I guess I can count this as a vote for Garfiel? His wincon is an unfathomable skill advantage and better stats, while the rabbits' are to overwhelm him through sheer numbers and reduce his durability to oblivion.

What is your source for this? Aside from simply being conventional wisodm, Warcraft wiki says that similar status effects, let alone the same one, usually don't stack. The ability itself does not mention stacking which otherwise they typically do. I'm not trying to stump or trick you. It genuinely does not seem to stack. If you have reason to believe otherwise feel free to give it.
 
In any case, I vote Garfiel as well, given he has accelerated development even in this key.

Why are you using normal abilities when comparing them to pet battle abilities? That's wrong on multiple levels, especially since Stampede has multiple versions depending on the Battle Pet. Abilities for the classes are not necessarily equivalent to abilities for the BP.

Let me put it to you this way: Unless you go into WoW, get two battle pets that learn Stampede up to the level they learn it at(usually 20) and switch them out for one another after using Stampede on the first, then use Stampede again, this is probably the forever argument. And i'm not spending 15$ plus like two hours to prove a point.
 
Get that Tiktok slop off my Rabbit thread that's frankly a stomp because Garfield does not care about numbers if he just wins.
