And what are ur opinions on this(as if the timestream is the space-time continuum then the plants and zombies surviving the space-time continuum collapsing on itself would be 2-B to 2-A instead of low 2-c)

The three votes thing is if the verse is popular or controversial, for Tier 2 stuff you need at least one admin to approve, which you already have
For content revisions that affect Tier 2 or higher, the participation of at least one Administrator in the review and approval process is required.

oh ok so i am either thinking about waiting for more mods to give their opinions on this crt to see if the other tier 2-B to 2-A feats could be approved before closing this or just closing this right now as tier 2-C(all of them) to 2-B(the dreamworld feat) has been accepted.

thru as a genuine question could I in the future rather make another tier 2 threat based upon the tier 2-A feats if i for say can create both better arguments for it and also found more consistent evidence for it?

as i also plan on finishing both the heroes abilities they are missing then focusing other resistances and hax they should have pared with canon stuff(i also need to badly create a player and dave page)

also on the speed upgrades and cals badly needed.
 
as if so then i will rather just close this crt and focus on the tier 2-A stuff later so these massive upgrades can be applied to the plants and zombies.

That would be a good idea, yeah. Get the 2-C / 2-B stuff applied first and the 2-A stuff later
