Introduction
The remaining 0.1 will be downscaling to General of Excorcists, hence the funny title. Also, props to @DaReaperMan for better immortality type 2 stuff, and @Polastournecis for several abilities. They gave the ideas, so I felt that I have to credit them.Anyways, to proposals themselves:
Skill Section
Everything will be referenced of course.Throughout the series, Alastor shows exceptional mastery over his abilities and great competence in battles. Even while thinking his raw power is comparable to General of Exorcists and thus being casual, he demonstrated impressive dodging skills. He is incredibly good at taking advantage of opponent's "sloppiness" and distracted state, usually achieving that through his minions or tentacles, to land some good hits. Despite holding back, he still gave a decent fight against three Vees, greatly using his abilities set. He has good judgement calls in face of dangerous attack, teleporting away if suspicious. Even when Vox gained 100% approval and became the strongest Sinner, thus significantly exceeding Alastor in raw power at that period of time, Alastor was able to gain upper ground by constantly attacking him and giving no time to respite, eventually overwhelming him and forcing the latter to call Shok.wav to avoid loss, with Alastor himself explicitly mocking him specifically for that.
Abilities & Hax
- Greater Immortality Type 2 & greater Stamina & Limited Resistance to Regeneration Negation - could still walk and sing while suffering a wound across his upper body from Аngеlic Weapon, and shrinked, although not fully healed, the wound solely via needles (which he magically creates) while Stolas needed hospital treatment to cure from wounds caused by Аngеlic Weapon. AWs are currently accepted to negate Immortality.
- As suggested by @Anonymous_Learner, here is comparison of before vs. after. Also here is frame-by-frame how hit itself happened, i.e. clearly intended to be entire torso.
- Additionally, black area around the wound implies that it shrinked as well.
- Also, Alastor himself refers to it as scar rather than wound, implying that some degree of cure (as scar, by definition, is "a mark left on the skin or within body tissue where a wound, burn, or sore has not healed completely and fibrous connective tissue has developed").
- Conditional Sealing & Soul Manipulation - toppled ancient Overlords that ruled for centuries and used their screams to broadcast on radio, which is shown as soul screaming. These screams can still be heard to this day even as Alastor himself is fighting Vees. The soul screaming was supported by the fact that Alastor threatened Husk to "tear his soul apart" to broadcast his screams, which aligns with what he did to other Overlords (i.e., he puts them in a state where their soul is torn and they are in infinite torture). He also implied that defeating Vox in a fight will allow him to broadcast his screams in the same way as ancient Overlords, suggesting that he unlocks this ability upon defeating the opponent. This also makes sense since no Overlord, especially the one ruling for centuries, would willingly agree to being tortured forever.
- Intangibility & Pseudo-Teleportation - can melt into shadows to quickly move to different places.
- Since some have doubts on whether he actually uses it as pseudo-TP, most notable moments of it acting as genuine teleportation are when he quickly teleported from door to smart TV and back, "greeted" Lucifraud, went from gang to Charlie's room to manipulate her, fleed being killed by a hair and later a dangerous attack.
- Definition of pseudo-TP also says: "It may also be carried out at the expense of temporary transformation into a lightning / light / energy / astral entity (in this case, the character is able to partially ignore encountered in his way obstacles)." Which is textbook what Alastor does.
FlightSupportive for Acrobatics - jumped up during the fall to attack Vox. Hovered in the air during his fight with Vox (this one might be cinematic time stuff but it's just supporting). Flew in the air after slicing 100% Vox in half.- Levitation - levitated in the air while escaping Shok.Wav.
Existence ErasureSupportive for Fire Manipulation - upon breaking free of his deal with Vox, Alastor erased the cables that were restraining him.Notably, he doesn't really use this in combat so idk, but the scene seems to suggest EE.Possession- literally overshadowed the environment during his battle with Vox. This one is also I'm willing to say I'm not totally sure about.- Stealth Mastery - was implied to be able to hide from Vox for some time before eventually being found.
- Smoke Manipulation - created some around his barrier.
- Body Control - can contort his body into numerous unnatural poses. Can spin his head 180°.
- Natural Weaponry - Alastor's fingers are sharp enough to carve into a table, making them a dangerous weapon (pretty sure he used to have it, idk when it was removed).
Little Human key additions
Give him Fire Manipulation - intensified fire behind him by closing his fist. This makes sense given that he already has some magic, like summoning. Also, his Stamina should be Above Average, given that, according to Rosie, he was trying very hard to be the star of his own radio show, which would involve putting much more effort into his job than average person. He also combined that with killing and countless attempts to summon Rosie.Add Low 7-C calc to feats
Specifically this (ancient) one. We already accept that he crushed it and scale it to his LS, so I see no reason to not mention it as AP feat in feats section.Weakness removal
It is currently accepted that:However, in Intelligence, it is also accepted that Alastor was holding back and pretending the entire time to make himself look like weakened, so Vox buys into winning over Alastor and falls into his plan. So it makes muhc more sense that he faked this part, since in Demon Form, as it is accepted right now, he is doing just fine and never shows to be incapable of doing magic. His magic is severely restrained, as shown by him struggling to do magic, and by him tapping on his broken staff as he does so, although this seems not to be the case when he is in his Demon Form.
A bit of durability glaze
Simply add that in his weakened key, he was only merely stunned from charged up attack by Vox. Charged up attacks are portrayed as more powerful than normal ones in Hazbin, since weakened Alastor was able to rip apart 100% Vox with his claws despite being significantly inferior to him otherwise.Votes (staff only)
