There is no plans of 8-B Part 1.
Just really high High 8-C (9+ tons), unless Will magically gets over 0.31 tons (doubt it, highest I got was 0.28).
Why is Kars speed not something like "Subsonic travel speed, MFTL combat speed" instead of current "MFTL speed".
Because he's outdated af, you've been told that, and you're asking why?
Outside of like 12 profiles JoJo is outdated, Kars will continue to be outdated until Part 3 and 1 are finished because he scales directly.
WHY IS EVERYONE IN BATTLE TENDENCY IS MFTL SPEED?

The fact they don't, nobody says they can run at MFTL speeds outside of bursts? Why are you yapping? They have MFTL burst movement, combat, reactions, and perceptions. See Jotaro for an example.

can fly faster, Joseph just
assumes he can't and was
wrong).
Kars himself has feats that blow that out of the water anyway so idk why you're cherry picking a scene that isn't even true, there's like 3 random hypersonic to HH movement feats for them in that same part just off the top of my head so it sure as hell isn't subsonic.
