How close were you? If anything we can get a picture of the truck, pixel scale it's size and then figure out how far away you were.

I don't think so. Yuki and others were freezing and being targeted by their attack at same time. Yuki comes in the Middle between Uraume and Yuji/Choso. She was not affected by the Uraume CT. It's simple as that.

Yuji and Maki probably do scale to 16F Sukuna's speed, and maybe physicals too. Though, you also gotta familiarize yourself with the META (15F Yujikuna > 16F Meguna, due to Yuji's superior body).
