Heavenly Principles to be exact, but that doesn't mean he's wrong.

The Shades are just transcending all fates and laws, unlike the Moon Goddesses or even Trilune Goddess like Columbina who's still attached to the Golden Threads made by the Heavenly Principles.

The poem you sight is from her trailer and imo is clearly meant to refer to her pre trilunar authority since it says she is still longing for a place she can belong (by the end of the AQ she considers Nod Krai to be her home)

Traveler held back against an Archon lvl threath back in may of 2025, its kinda clear we already surpass that lvl if even MC just holds back because he is scared to oneshot him

Was able to fight Chiyo's nightmare, the end of said encounter was Traveler winning so badly that it need to hide itself to recover some strength or because it knew it wouldn't be able to defeat Traveler, this abyssal entity is able to parry Ei's strikes, he helped Mavuika during the entire battle against Gosoythoth

My justification for Traveler archon lvl in Natlan patch, Mavuika fight isnt the only reason

This is how scaling rules are made. I didnt invent powerscaling. But lets say we have no Rerir nor Dottore. Lets just say unquantificable enemy 1 and 2
  • Ineffa would scale to current Trav by helping him against the 11th Sovereing
  • Nefer same for help him against enemy 1
  • Flins same reason as nefer
Thats it, no other nod krai character scales to Traveler (unless we count Durin)

And with "rule" they didnt governt the planet, they had control over the 4 main principles of it; Life, Death, Time and Space. This just means no dragon had those haxs
