Hi everybody!

New staff members in this new year! On behalf of all the bureaucrats, I bring you another batch of staff promotions after getting input from most of our current staff members.

Twilight’s stance on Genshin scaling actually differs from yours, as far as i know, and i know him pretty well. Although i know u meant it as joke, making such comments in a promotion thread could give other users a negative impression of him. I would suggest refraining from those types of unintentional accusatory implications to keep the discussion focused on celebrations.
