Currently gonna vote for Faith, due to speed amp, higher LS and much higher stamina. Might change my vote later if Dan's fighting style is OP af or his chi manipulation have some cracked hax

His chi attacks are shit:

Unless Faith gets caught flat footed. She will be fine

Here's the advantages I see for both opponents here

Faith Connors
  • LS
  • General Intelligence
  • Combat Intelligence
  • Stamina
  • Speed (via Reaction Time)
  • Stealthier
  • Runner Vision

Dan Hibiki
  • AP/Durability (x1.3 advantage)
  • Damage Boost
  • Status Effect Inducement
  • Ranged attacks

Dan's best advantages here are that he has ranged attacks (albeit only the Shinku Gadouken and Haten Gadouken would really be worth looking out for) and that he's got the AP/Durability edge, plus the means to boost the damage of his attacks. I don't think that's gonna give him the win though, especially since the difference in power isn't even crazy

Faith's a MUCH better martial artist and combatant overall. Realistically, she's gonna be able to outmaneuver him in close-quarters, easily restrain him with her superior LS, and beat down on him. I don't see Dan putting up much resistance. Even if we assumed he starts off the fight with his best ranged attacks (I promise you, he wouldn't...), Faith can easily evade them as she's used to avoiding gunfire from multiple skilled marksmen at once. Plus, using Reaction Time, she'd be able to avoid the projectiles with greater ease if it was that much of a concern to her
