Aizen is brilliant, but his intelligence and feats are less geared to this kind of board game.
Shiro has better feats, having direct showings of chess. Her calculation power also heavily outclasses Aizen's. Arguably, Shiro has solved chess.

So I think she wins.

I think it's actually more likely for Aizen because this guy has some great strategization feats and is one of the craziest biggest baddest manipulators we know, while she has a weakness to human manipulation

I think Aizen takes this 2-1

Most of Aizen's feats are centred around deception & manipulation, iirc Shiro has memorised all possible chess board states and has insane calculation power. Aizen does what he does with K.S+Deduction+Planning+Manipulation/Deception but in a chess match Shiro clears. I am gonna go with shiro because she has wayyy better feats and excels at these sort of things.

Aizen isn't allowed K.S no ? If then I don't see how he can manipulate her exactly, his best feat with Momo took him a very long time and it's because of his meticulous planning and looks idt Shiro would get manipulated that easily. I mean it wouldn't be a stretch to say that she is The Chess Player, in the first game against the God of Games she is the one that does the best at start (when Tet starts committing blunders that's when Sora starts playing) her feats with chess is insane.

Aizen screw people's minds up by talking and talking alone, so if he could talk to her or if he could lead her to a trap, it'd be gg

That happens very rarely and when it does it's because of external factors like he convinced Tosen but that's because of Tosen's back story, Gin literally betrays him, he kinda does that with Toshiro but again it's because of Momo so in a vaccum without a proper set up he doesn't have much going for him.
On the other hand no amount of normal deception is going to help against someone who has memorised every single possible position in chess like you can't beat that lol.
