9-B Creature Tournament Round 1 Match 7 - Ancient Sirehound vs. Snow Golem (0-7-0) (GRACE)

props to AThe1412 for submitting one of the most troll chatacters in the tourney known as a ******* snowman versus reaper who submitted a bunch of rodents
Giving this to the snow golem. The sire is nowhere near strong enough to lift to put it in water or harm it (golem stonewalls).
Snow Golem, low diff

Would the Sirehound’s Fire or Death Manip be useful? The Snow Golem has an explicit weakness to heat

Fireballs and explosions that are like a couple centimeters tall and even thinner Vs 1.9 meters tall pile of snow. I wonder if they'll even connect cuz the snow golem constantly spawns snow wherever it moves and a layer of snow is 1/8 of a block.

As for the death hax, has it shown the ability to affect something as big as the golem?

I would like to note that its fur begins to burn anything it touches when in the fire phase and it also starts shooting fireballs (not the furballs on fire that explode, it just starts spitting balls of fire)

Sadly no. Not even sure theres anything as big as the Snow Golem in Pikmin

That are still too small to deal significant damage to the golem. Snow golem only attacks at a range anyway and if the sirehound charges into it, it'll get stunned due to the former's sheer durability (it gets stunned when headbutting stalactites). It also takes more damage with its belly exposed to the point a bunch of much smaller 10-C creatures can temporarily defeat it.

Yeah fair
Frost Guardian (Snow Golem) FRA

Yeah, I'll be voting for the snow golem if it isn't obvious. Its durability and physiology renders most of the sirehound's attacks useless. Fire is probably the only thing that can harm the golem, but it's only used for one phase and won't do much damage due to the small scale. It could potentially put the golem down given enough time, but the golem will most likely force the sirehound into the gloom phase before that happens.

Doesn't this feel like a stomp given how Sirehound can't hurt the Snow Golem at all?

Hell, can anyone in this tournament even hurt the Snow Golem without hax?

Now that's just false. Sirehound CAN hurt the snow golem with one of its given abilities but not enough to gain a win consistently. Snow golem would be cooked if the fire attacks were as big as, idk, half of its body?

Assuming they have the LS, anyone can push or throw the snow golem into the lake that's a mere 7 meters away from their starting position where it would die in about 2 seconds.
