do i need proof that this concept exists independently from the entire universe for it to be type 1?

Honestly i feel like CM question is a weekly question

Anyway theoretically speaking, no, but the concept being indepedent from the entire universe being CM1 is the most usual case

Yea. Not really most of them are, via predate the cosmology, becuz the authors have bare-bones knowledge of it.

Well, for the most part, concepts usually govern the universe in works of fiction.
Doesn't need to. It needs to be independent from what it governs (universal concept).
You can have CM2 while also governing the universe or any part.
