The shades are comparable to the sovereigns and moon sisters are either superior or equal to the sovereigns lol. The Moon goddess can fully control the fabrics of time and space, Dottore is only struggling because it's hard for him lol.

Shades > Sovereigns, they're on the same tier just because the sovereigns can onpar with them, but that doesn't mean they're equal.
Sovereigns still have better feat than the sisters because they can onpar with HP for 40 years, the same HP that the sisters are nowhere near strong enough to.

The act 2 of Nod Krai there a section where Columbina confirms Marrows are made by concentraced powers and that a moon marrow is the equivalent of a gnosis to an archon. So yeah it's power, gives their user the stats of a Moon goddess

And the rocks isn't building size bruh, what fall to teyvat 1.1 are just "pieces" Not the entire.
Let's say it just have moons to earth distance and the rock have building size, and these rock are fall from that distance, it's already impossible at first place for that tiny size thing would be visible from that distance.
What fall to Chasm is solar chariot at the time archons war, the stars of daybreak or just by other name "sun" But in human form just like moon sister.
