Fairy Tail Fodder X792 Upgrade/Adjustment

Just to be completely clear (for OP's sake), only VS Battles staff members with Thread Moderator, Administrator, Super Moderator, Bureaucrat or Head Bureaucrat count as staff votes in CRTs.

Content Moderators, Calculation Group Members, Image Helpers and Translation Helpers do not (And I think also Human Resources Group votes don't count, but every HRG member is also an Admin or above so I don't think that matters)

Finally, there are also Joke Battles and FC/OC staff members such as @Phoenks that hang around VS Battles. They don't count either, regardless of rank.

Edit: Also, I personally really don't like the soldiers scaling like that, especially when it was just Wendy's statement, but the evidence in this CRT is fairly solid, so I guess I agree.
 
Thread's less than a week old, so I don't think we should assume more limbo.
 
All this limbo talk is making me hungry

The logic in the OP seems reasonable enough, I think. I don't keep up with FT much, but given that this seems uncontentious & has the approval of KingTempest, I'm willing to defer to the judgement of other users & give it my approval.
If there are issues, please do bring them up, & maybe take my approval with a grain of salt, since, as said, I don't keep up with FT.
