How to go about calculating this storm/energy feat? (CONCLUDED)

Here is the feat in question, I tried to only show the scenes with the "feat" without including much dialogue (however, here is the full chapter just in case). The character Jakayak is using his ability to try to "seal' Iskarion (the guy in the black orb). This entire sequence causes something like a storm/hurricane (?) with shockwaves reaching the islands where the other monsters are. No need to do the feat itself, just some possible help/if the hurricane formula will even apply.

Read the previous chapter, doesn't look like they created the storm, the scene just shifts to that moment abruptly then next chapter doesn't show much for it. If you're making pages I'd honestly focus on that first, there's probably statements for power considering how they keep describing Iscarion, and how Zakayak was controlling it. But if there is better proof one of them created it, this could be cape, I think there's one for tropical storms?

Ah, I guess you’re right, there’s no evidence the storm was actually created by them and considering their “ritual” was going for a while, natural storm could’ve just happened. I’ll ditch this feat then.

Though for statements, they keep saying stuff like “he destroyed this island”, or a scene where they’re about to destroy a mountain. Too bad it’s all statements.
