What about that yellow sign as reference? It’s between the debris.
any size for that thing? @Rodriiogo
Ok so first off, here's a gif of the place itself around the same exact angle that the anime. (Couldn't line it up perfectly since neither google earth nor google maps had any the right angle, the camera should just be a bit more ahead and it'd be perfect lol)There is a way that could work but I saw nothing of reference for its size to measure from when I looked over things earlier and I'd rather not assume some arbitrary size otherwise unless Rod finds some concrete way to measure it otherwise
Apparently the yellow sign is something that doesn't exist, or if it did exist it was removed in every single google earth/maps shot of it, maybe a celebration thing.
However I think the landpost should still be used (but this time with more supporting stuff about it)
First off, the camera position, the camera position is actually not that much angled with the lampost, it's actually in a very perfect angle of where the camera is looking.
Green Line = Distance between the lampost and the tree (the distance might be important for later since it could be used, but the end nearest to the camera is the lampost)
Blue rectangle = Where the debris should be.
As seen here the camera is actually not at that weird of an angle and is looking directly at where the lampost is, it's actually looking directly at it and, as seen in the gif, the debris should indeed be at least where the camera is if not nearer the middle of the street. The angle is only completely broken when in relation to the Buzz Park and the Parco building which are unrelated here.
Now for why the distance between the lampost and the tree are important, the distance between the two is only around 11 meters, while the distance between the camera and the lampost is already around 9 meters. With the knowledge that the debris are in-between this, both the tree and the debris do indeed share the same perspective/layer.
More support for this is the second frame which I just asked myself now why we ignore it. Getting once again a gif of around the same angle:
The camera in the middle of the street (here's the camera looking down just to prove) and as you can see the debris are already to its right going are already around if not beyond the middle of the street.
I think AT LEAST the distance between the building and the lampost should be very much usable via this, which should mean the intial distance is at least around 6.5m
Which using the values that Dale got from his px scaling: High end time: 7.10705882/14.8517752 = 0.4785326147s
However considering the things I showed, the initial distance might be even bigger than just 6.5m since the angle is indeed correct for the lampost which would mean the debris should be around almost the middle of the street.
