It had journeyed through countless worlds and endless distances, surveying every kind of terrain and gazing upon skies tinted in different colors.This might sound romantic, but in reality, the matter was closer to torture than adventure. It also once pictured a scene like this.

The Frost Moon passed through the false sky and remained in Teyvat. Columbina Hyposelenia, too, was accepted by this world. Now, it was her turn to try to accept the world in return.
that's why the sky is blue instead of red. This answers my question, which I asked you on Discord, bro.
I didn't expect the fake sky to be that vast, even Columbina's voice line explains it like this.
The moon is more beautiful than I could have imagined. Blue kuuvahki flowing like an endless ocean, magnificent jellyfish drifting across the sea, pink frostfin whales coming from places unknown, enormous kuuhenki... It's magnificent. Once I've made my home a bit more presentable, I'll invite my friends up to visit.
As we know, the ocean is a metaphor to explain the cosmos.

So most likely, the blue cosmos that we see in this picture is still part of the fake sky, very interesting

it turns out that what Skirk said is true, the universe is fake, the stars are fake, but it still has real grandeur and vastness

If there were more context, we could say that Teyvat is indeed a complete universe. Given how vast the false sky appears to be, it makes sense that the false sky separates the real universe from the planet. And I doubt that a false sky with a durability rating of 5-B could withstand the death of the universe.

The big 3S (Sovereings, Shades, Sinners) and i think no one else, because they the only ones stated to be able to destroy the world of teyvat (if they count this as world) but with this pretty much Phanes (fraud), Nibelung and Little One in that ending (Goats) pretty much can scale to 4C up to 4A (depends if that sun is real)

The cataclysm caused by the Sinners is said to have turned the universe, or heaven and earth, upside down. So we will have a new scale, if it is true that the fake sky is as wide as the observable universe, but we better wait for the official release of this related matter and confirm if it is true. And this will also maintain l2c istaroth

All celestial object in fake sky are indeed fake, but it doesn't really fake in "illusion" sense. I mean 1.1 also say about this, it's not stars, it just some hanging "rock" In the sky acting like one.

And it can be h3a if you consider sky unveiling arte set that stated the sky was infinite.

Mb, its like tier 5A (Pocket dimension with Earth + Moon, im not counting stars because the validity of those is meh)
So currently the situation is
  • Nibelung, Phanes and Little One upscales all this (or even scale to star creation based on that staff)
  • 5A for those who can destroy the world (Since the moon is now part of the world) bassicly Sinners, Sovereings and Shades (6.72 Yottatons)
  • 5B for those who scale to 10% Rerir (Dain, Lumine, Durin, Venti, Dvalin) (672 Zettatons)
  • 5C at bare minimun for Columbina (Because she most likely pulled the moon down to inside the fake sky)
  • 3/4 of Columbina's ap for Dottore god form
  • 1/4 of Columbina's Ap for Traveler with Moon marrow and anyone who scales to him (Skirk, Nefer, Flins, Rerir shadow, Ineffa Moon Wheel, Pulonia upgraded and Arle with MM)

Skirk trailer also shows how vast the false sky is, if the frost moon is within the false sky it def must be universe sized

If Phanes influence is within the false sky and the false sky is indeed universal in size then yes he should be universal tbh. But he doesn't have this influence outside of the sky tho.
