Can someone tell me where Upgrade's high level regeneration came from? Because if it's from Malware, then I'm forced to downgrade it as the mutated mechamorph survived multiple attacks that the various characters expected to kill him, suggesting an actual mechamorphs regen is nowhere near that level.

Malware's regen is High meanwhile upgrade's islow-high to possibly mid-high they can regenerate their bodies from a liquid state

Well, not sure on the regenerating from liquid state given, that he's semi liquid by default.

it gives low high by default but idk what is the argument for mid-high i guess that was the part him scaling to Malware however ov omnitrix gives the apex of the alien itself so it wouldn't be completely wrong scaling him to Malware's regen, ask @Hellformer or @GeneralSol16

Hellformer, GeneralSol I disagree on Upgrade having Low-High regeneration on the principle that his healthy state is semi-liquid, making his regeneration from liquid state suspect. What do you think?

Well given how amorphous he's usually depicted, I'm severely doubtful being in liquid state would truly be considered damaged state, unless explicitly turned into molten metal.

Far better physicals, insane regen, 2 in 1 (heatblast + wildvine), adhesive ability, etc.

I mean, didn't wildvine physicals improved in omniverse by far? Also regular Wildvine was able to restrain Ben's fourarm in the swcret of the omnitrix and he also has methane explosives + he has celular level control so he can basically stretch and regen as good as swampfire.

By the time of OV, blossomed swampfire scales to Mutated Kevin who's above heavy hitters like Humungousaur (which directly scales him above Wildvine).
Not sure about regen but based on current vsbw profiles, Swampfire is better at regen.
