Realistically if the superhuman cap happens, EVERYONE except Gojo, Sukuna, Naoya, Naobito, Mahoraga, Dabura and MBA Kashimo should be capped because of Maki being completely reaction blitzed by even mach 1 Naoya, we must be consistent if we wanna be the narrative merchants and only use the statements cap so A.Maki's reactions are a whole blitz difference below mach 1
