Rouge the Bat(Game) vs Android 18

My thing is even with the soul duraneg in mind, does the artificial energy androids use even considered or even have the same properties as ki? It can DO similar stuff, but it also isn't ki, if I recall correctly.

Doctor Gero created an eternal energy engine and this energy is ki as Piccolo said. But I think that Ki attacks don't affect soul in body, but if body is destroyed, then ki can affect and destroy soul.

But now it doesn’t matter with Soul Dura had, Rouge stomps
