Not really. Divine Flame couldn't destroy it with a direct hit (and since we treat ISL as not being applicable to it, I suppose it wouldn't matter that it was a direct hit or not). Gojo's Purple destroyed Mahoraga who was like tens of meters away (and Gojo was closer to it than Sukuna and Mahoraga meaning he'd have taken more energy on than either of them). Meaning even from where Mahoraga was hit, the explosion still upscaled Divine Flame a lot, let alone the epicenter of the Purple.

No. Contains CE. At most it'd remove all the power of the attack via stripping it of the CE, and the radio waves would harmlessly pass through Infinity.

If you mean regular Radio waves, and not ones from Kashimo's CT, then sure. Those could bypass Infinity. Though radio waves or electromagnetic waves (etc.) having CE isn't a contradiction to how they function. CE doesn't have mass on its own.
That said, you could argue CE to be sub-atomic from the fact that Gojo can easily manipulate and see space on the atomic-scale via CE, but he couldn't perceive the core of Cursed Energy until he nearly died, and the fact that Cursed Energy exists on its own spectrum of light. Meaning CE is made up of different Cursed Energy photons from ordinary light.

Third one is just updating scans and justifications with new information and adding/removing anything that seems necessary. The former two are for people willing to calc feats for me since I can't use paint.net rn making calc'ing feats that aren't super simple (i.e. require more than just straight lines) a pain in the ass.
