Wouldn't they scale above it regardless via the new 15F Sukuna clouds feat? (That is city level via your calc, while jogo's max meteor is large town)
Shinjuku Yuta, Shinjuku Yuji and Ryu's durability are comparable to 15F Sukuna's dismantles as Sukuna can't cause lethal damages on them with it

We don't scale 15F Sukuna to Heavy Hitters due to Cleave oneshotting ryu and Maki + Itadori barely keeping up with a 10% Sukuna

I dont think so, since he's kinda below their lvl clearly, unless we somehow skibidisigmascale Kenjaku above ALL other top tiers (i guess i know a guy who would be happy with that)

It's a valid feat (if you know how to defend it properly) but it scales much lower since PowerToScale made a Maths error, it scales to like close to city+
There's also the Mechamaru feat you can use

And I'm not saying that tho, 15F Sukuna's dismantles are below his own physical stats. That's made kinda clear by everything, in the same scene where cleave "one shotted ryu", Sukuna claims that he wanted to filet him into three with dismantles but failed due to how durable he is.
15F Sukuna > his own dismantles is made very clear in that very scene. And the same "10% Sukuna" that overwhelms them is the one literally saying his dismantles would not be able to do lethal damage to them

nah, too much variables that work against it and is kinda outlier-ish, we should just go for large town top tiers (uncraqibear when) and city lvl Gojo/Sukuna, makes the most sense and is most consistent imo
large mountain is not passing/gets nuked next day
