We currently accept Low-Mid Regeneration for Rayne for the following reasons:

However, in Skies Afire, we are shown that when Rayne is stabbed with her own blade - and in a place which is much easier to heal than the previously listed wounds - her regenration slows down, with her needing to feed to regenerate . Given this, I propose the following upgrades for Rayne:
  1. Regeneration Negation (Low-Mid: Her blades are shown to slow down even her own healing factor)
  2. Limited Resistance to Regeneration Negation (She is able to "restart" her own healing factor via consuming the blood of her enemies)

The weapon in question is the Carpathian Dragons, right? Those are treated as a big deal in the games.

Okay, well anyway, this ability seems uncomplicated. Either way her weapons are all designed to kill vampires, so it's not absurd for them to have properties that make them more effective against vampires.

This isn't negation, slowing down the regen =/= negate the regen which mean completely nullify the ability to regen, thus no regen at all. Unless the "slowing down" in this context mean complete nullification

Limited Resistance is fine
