As we know currently, Rayne's Abilities Section is terrible:

No justification. No sources. No examples. Nothing. Seeing this, I put my nose to the Grindstone to not only justify most of her current abilities but also give her new ones.

Not saying this is everything, but it should be a good start.
I also chose to split Rayne into two keys - A BloodRayne 1 & a BloodRayne 2 key, because Rayne gets new abilities in the sequel and presumbly stronger in the sequel. As for why I didn't put any evidence into the BloodRayne 2 abilities - I got burnt out.
Also futher Updates: As it turn out the Skies Afire, Lycan Rex, and Twin Blades comics are canon.
