No, the range universe+ and interdimensional is completely different.

It's like there's an empty box in the middle of a vast meadow. We can reach the entire meadow, but we can't necessarily reach what's inside the empty box. And vice versa, if we can reach what's inside the empty box, we can't necessarily reach the entire meadow.

Neither of them though really know how fake sky mechanism, it's not simply a "Barrier" As even khaenriah philosoper and researcher plus kukulkan who completely aware of the fake sky can't fully understand what is it.

I believe furina referring to that flins artifact set, which tell us if the fake sky what we saw is just tiny fragment of infinity.

And as that artifact telling us about rotwang story, we will know and get expansion of it story in luna 4 world quest, as rotwang wanted to destroy fake sky

that's why i suggested venti's range is universal+ not interdimensional, because venti literally throws merejivari using wind until it goes out of the timeline

There's actually a chance if alice really from earth, as she mention the existence of dinasour earth in kfc glider, and the glider so far i know was canon as it tell us about alice work as sustainer of world border and how the fake sky growing weak past these years.

That's why I'm a little bit confused about whether the false sky is just a small part of Phanes' eggshell, or it's completely different, because Kukulkan said that the false sky is just a leyline modified by Phanes after the revenge war.

because the artifact also explains that what we see is only a small fragment of the real devil sky

Feels like i've told you before that, initially, the Ley Lines created to counter the Abyss. But later, it was modified by the Heavenly Principles to defend the Planet instead. So it's like a belt.
 
Thought vera melancholy is surely interesting book, we don't know if it's actually really telling us the actual thing not a fiction or easter egg, cause the book literally mention the honkai and 14 of HI3 valkries

Yes, that's the fake sky, which makes it a bit contradictory if it's the entirety of Phanes' eggshell, Layla even said that the leylines are a reflection of the stars in the sky. because leylines originally existed only in the depths of the earth, which functioned as the roots of the irminsul to absorb information and so on, phanes modified it into a fence that protected the sky

Breaking 4th wall, it is a supporter for plot manipulation, we must return the plot manipulation for istaroth, because the storytelling magic used by anya is magic given by the heavenly gods.
 
I'm a little bit sure that the hexenzirkel witch has a connection with the heavenly gods, the reason why Anya can use storytelling magic and Alice became a border guard which is creation of heavenly principles.
