Yeah because its completely inconsistent with the verse scaling
Mahito cant be scaling to Gojo in speed cause Shibuya Yuji scales to that Mahito and then 120% and then culling games upscales and then meguna blitzes that Yuji and then Meguna upscales to 20f and then Gojo is faster than that Meguna.
And Mahito would btw be below Naoya's transonic cap.

He doesnt have to scale to Gojo, just shows that he doesnt get blitzed by the likes of Hakari (who is BTW subsonic too without jackpot)

Cause it’s literally inconsistent as **** if you scale Mahito to Gojo in terms of speed if you want to say he’s equal. That implies that either Jogo (guy who’s whole thing is high firepower and speed) is slower than Mahito, several characters who are equal to Mahito at the time are faster than Gojo by the end, and that Sukuna would be a blitz tier above Gojo

Also semi-agrees with my belief that we inflate how high the difference in speed/power is between some characters

I didnt say that, you dont have to be as fast as something to dodge it
But also YEAH all of our scaling even right now is inconsistent AS SHIT
Still recovering holding back Yuji can keep up with base Yuta and match him in speed, break his sword etc, same BF amped Yuji was being stomped by ISBoDK Mahito, yet we dont scale Yuji to base Yuta (or vice versa) and SOOOO on

I haven't watched the anime yet, but isn't Mahito literally getting hit here? The onomatopoeia says "vwak vwak" as if they connected, and on top of that, Mahito gets flung back into a wall as indicated by the "wham" effect.

Anime shows him just jumping right out the way. But this can just be Gojo going slower than if he's fighting Sukuna.

That’s why I said this after you sent your second message. Thought you were using it to say Mahito completely scales to Gojo in speed which would be wrong as **** so my bad

And yeah our current scales are inconsistent as hell. (Also why I kind of don’t like supersonic scaling cause it makes the disparity between characters higher than it actually is)
