I think you might have overmeasured the floors, the one's at the bottom look just as long if not shorter than your measured despite them being way further up, if you look at the floors towards the bottom the lines separating floors are super thin from that perspective even in the lower floors. I think you should measure just the lit up part and maybeeee just a tiny bit over. It would probably result in a semi-meaningful change in the result.

Oh, the ground feat. For that one there is a much better angle you can use to measure that is shown when Angel and Denji overlook the destruction Reze caused. You can get a good radius off of that. Though I think for THAT specific feat the PSI would be even lower than 10 since you'll see what kinda damage it dealt to buildings outside the epicenter in the Denji-Angel shot and it mostly wrapped around the buildings.



For the air explosion I would use that square, the camera is shaky and has motion blur added but if you go back before the explosion you'll see that is a floor clear as day.

In those scans, Makima states that she will attempt to resist the Chainsaw Devil as he picks up her personal katana and prepares to engage him physically. However, it is shown here that the physical prowess of the Chainsaw Devil exceeds that of the Control Devil by a wide margin. That margin is large enough that she cannot move an inch before he dismembers her.

I don't think standing still even though you know you'd regenerate would help you much in a physical fight. If Makima was capable of resisting she would've countered his attack, but was statued.
