Remove Resurrection Negation

The Epilogue is stated to null resurrection (Chapter 585), however The Epilogue is an ability which is the ultimate power to end everything (Chapter 575), end stories (Chapter 547).

My interpretation is that The Epilogue "nulls resurrection" because it destroys people beyond what they can resurrect from, as it destroys them on a plot level.

Remove Resistance Negation

The Epilogue is stated to null resistances (Chapter 585), with nobody being able to resist their end (Chapter 636). Looking at the explanation for the Epilogue, the world is a book, and the Epilogue is the phenomena which can close the book, even if a being could block the Epilogue they would just become a being capable of blocking it and still be ended because the moment Shallow Vernal appears and no matter what you do within the story, she can always close the book, end the story (Chapter 547).

My interpretation is this, the beings capable of resisting or blocking the Epilogue, are merely words within a book, characters within a story, and they can't truly affect the Epilogue because it exists outside the book/story.

The author's comments have also enforced this

Q. How unreasonable is Shiro's "End of the Story" (epilogue)?

A. To put it simply, it's like you're watching yourself and your opponent fight on a TV screen—and the epilogue is the power to hit the off switch on the TV. It's an out-of-bounds ability that doesn’t even belong on the same playing field as things like living or dying, or being strong or weak.

As seen here, the Epilogue is compared to watching yourself fight someone on a tv, and you can hit the off switch for the tv, so all these beings capable of resisting or countering the Epilogue only exist inside the story/book/tv, while the Epilogue is outside it, so they never really had the ability to counter the Epilogue.

This also means the Epilogue has no layers in High 1-A, because nothing else exists on the same level as it.

Add Power Nullification

Omnipotent and Omniscient beings have an aura which has extraordinary pressure just from their existence itself (Chapter 2291), however this didn't work on Kaito due to the Little Epilogue stopping it from affecting Kaito (Chapter 2291).

Add Dimensional Manipulation

Shiro resurrected Nebula, and restricted her to Quasi-Omnipotent level (Chapter 939), so she downgraded her from 1-A to 1-C.

Makes sense to me. Though Nebula confuses me a little. Like her power encompass was modified to only work on hostile detection, but it's potency was still 1A. Was encompass always active or something? And that's what made her absolute key flat out 1A? Kinda makes it seem like the ability was apart of her, and then Shiro split it off to make it an active.

But I guess epilogue already has power modification

Encompass is an ability, but also really a property, it makes her always superior to everything, but her very nature itself is like that, even after being downgraded some of Nebula's stats are still Absolute.

Like her calculations are said to be absolute on a scale of G to S where A is Genius and S is leaving your name in history, she is smarter than Alice imo, maybe even has argument for Supergenius, but that's all a topic for another day.

So from what I got encompass was apart of her nature that made her superior to everything (I know she could encompass even their omniscience and stuff). But the nerf downgraded her stats and kind of split off aspects of encompass from her nature? I feel like there so some kind of powernull or something here too along with modification...but yeah not needed for this thread

Correct, what was nerfed was her strength, in other aspects she is still absolute.

Make sense to me.

I figure that no amount of "resists and counters Epilogue" would work on the Epilogue as long as it still exists inside that "Book". Heck even if its the "Strongest Imaginable Being" its still limited to that "Book"

yeah I agree with this considering that there will never be a single character that can resist or prevent their end from the Epilogue, Shiro basically is the sole entity in the High 1-A range, for now at least

Due to looking at that with a brain turned off, I thought the epilogue already had hard resurrection, which it should have, since she can resurrect those whose stories she brought to an end with it. Since that means their story stopped existing, or they were erased from the story, it would count as High Godly resurrection.

actually, is this thread already done evaluated? Except for the Enhanced Resurrection part

Yea this should be good to apply.

Resurrection is a minor thing, so don't think we need further input there.
