I have a genuine question:do creation feats scale to AP? If so why and how? Aren't creation feats hax? If a character creates a moon, how is it done so with pure strength?

Usually depends on the process of creation itself. Usually hinging on a UES

If the power he used scales to his physical or he has some kind of statement that implies he's just as strong, it scales to AP. Otherwise, its listed as X tier, Moon level with Creation

Depend, case by case

If there is a source of power where creation thing come from and the source can use to attack then yes it can use, this is called Universe energy system

For example there Ki we know all abilities in dragon ball (except a few specific) use it, Kami-Sama can use his ki to create moon, therefore Kami scales to moon level (well he scales to planet but by other stuff)

The other case is if dude have comparable destruction feats

For example, currently the creator is 3-A but not scales to physical

However this isn't the case anymore, as he can blow up all the simulation which is multiverse after he goes mad with the new lore from the Database


Otherwise creation is just hax as you said

Creation feats Are AP feats, but they may suffer from problems similar to Environmental Destruction feats. It wouldn't scale to striking strength or durability by default unless Universal Energy Systems are involved. And even then, sometimes, a "Creation of the Universe" feat is treated similarly to how Final Attack or Suicide attack situations are where casual attacks many not downscale by default. It could scale fully if there is a reason to consider the creation feat casual and what not.

Yeah I think you are confusing AP and SS, told this to a friend off site but AP doesn't always have to do with how hard a character can necessarily hit, while SS is strictly a stat meant to showcase this.

Even the name "Attack Potency" is kind of misleading. Not as misleading as Destructive Capacity, but it would technically be more accurate to just call it a generic "Energy/Power Input."

Yeah true, as you mentioned before it is more akin to a "final attack" or "suicide attack" when the AP doesn't linearly scale to the rest of the characters stats.
