If there is an RPG player character who can use various weapons (not restricted to a single weapon), even when their class doesn’t normally match the weapon, can this kind of customization be indexed together, or does it need to be handled separately?

Especially if this customization can lead to the creation of more complex classes and skills.

And how should feats or statements across different media (but within the same verse) be handled, especially off-screen feats?.

Also if the said character has no really canon weapon/class in the story.

You mean if the other weapons can be on the same page as the main one?
Yes—whether all of that can be grouped together or needs to be separated.

To be more precise:

Different weapons can share the same skills, and sometimes it works the other way around too. Because of how the system works, multiple abilities can overlap at once, which is basically the core of the gameplay.

This lets similar skills exist across different weapons, sometimes even with the same name but different effects.
That said, not everything is interchangeable.

Some abilities are still tied to specific weapons and can’t be learned through others. For example, a halberd might have 20 skills and a katana 30, but only 20 overlap, while the rest are exclusive.

Think of it like a toolkit: some tools share attachments, while others only work with specific tools. If an ability needs a certain weapon or another ability to function, does that still count as being limited? And if its needed to then separated them again under their own respected page.
