I don't know. I think it's a little bit of everything. I like the art style more, I think writing is better, the characters feel more fleshed out, I kind of like the themes and the geopolitics more, I like our main cast a lot, etcetera.
As for I feel that way about each of those things, I'm not sure. I just feel like Gege's writing is better, probably since he doesn't have the burden of doing the art (he still does the storyboards) and since everything is planned out already.

gege's not sick, has the experience from writing JJK, and doesn't have the added pressure of drawing so he can put more energy into writing

If it goes on longer it might have a few weird problems show up like JJK did but so far the writing is like, the best of JJK but steady. And it's not like other sequels where it doesn't really feel like the original series anymore, it feels straight up like JJK

also the whole old man vs yuki, tsurugi and Maru sequence was genuinely like a really good JJK style fight. That fight was awesome and the abilities being introduced are also awesome

It can get pretty annoying/concerning, but I've gotten used to it for like 50% (at least) of the verses here and can be a "creative exercise" on how the logistics of it would work

I think a lot of verses portray their tiers reasonably well so idk how much creative exercise is needed on their end. I usually go for calcs but make sure to portray the characters with the statements to gauge if the tier the calc gets is acceptable. Now if there's contradictory statements like Ijichi's or Gege purposely not demonstrating mass destruction from punches or kicks, then I start to doubt anything higher than tier 7C. So far, and only due to the anime, Jogo is the only special grade level character who's doing anything remotely tier 7. A good example is stuff like Ichigo or Madara's sword swings destroying the environment, not saying I want Gojo to blow mt Fuji away, but why isn't Ryu and Yuta destroying several city blocks given they have the highest outputs?
