I'll also tell you, this isn't a problem unique to Genshin; in most shonen anime, a large part of the cast downscales to the "final boss" because they got hit, like how almost every character in Jutsu Kakumi downscales Sukuna at the end of the Shinjuku arc. That's why I don't scale the entire Nod Krai cast to Rerir's level, just the following ones
Columbina amped: Stated to be 10% Rerir lvl and shown to fight equally
Durin: Shown to witstand Rerir's power inside his body without exploding (This also scales to Venti, Dvalin and Og Durin since in 6.2 it is stated they had the same power)
Dain: Stated by amped Columbina to be stronger than herself (Sorry Dain for saying u were a fraud i was not familiar with ur game)
Lumine: By fighting Dain, do he holded back
Moon Marrow Traveler and Nefer (downscale): They can survive a serious Rerir attack point blank
Moon Marrow Arle (Downscale): Should be at least comparable to Moon Marrow Trav
Skirk (Post quest): Shown and stated to be stronger than moon marrow Trav (Skofnungr would downscale)

This next ones do not scale at all
Flins: Stated to had been killed by Shadow Rerir if traveler didnt came in clutch (Shadow Rerir i would think its just unquantificably times weaker than Moon Marrow, but not by much)
Varka: Teamed on Rerir 10% and almost got killed
Pulonia: Oneshotted by 10% Rerir
Base Nod Krai Traveler7Skirk Training, Skirk before Quest, Narwhal and Skofnungr: We just know they are stronger than Base Pyro Traveler which was Archon lvl
Bakunawa Fragment, Ineffa (Moon Wheel) and 11th Sovereing Ruler: Scale to Skirk training veler

Jahoda can trigger Moonsign because of she's Nod-Krai character, not because of she has a Moon Wheel. This happened the same to Aino

cutscenes literally shown characters dodging rerir attack or else they are finished, god damn i should have kept yapping my disagreement over downscaling from rerir ENTIRELY instead of just being baseline tier

id just do that because traveler who "never showcased his abilites on cutscenes" cannot use any of his hax on vs matches but we use PiS in every ******* inconsistent scaling this verse has holy shit its good that i made this profile bcs it shows how garbage this verse scaling is.

So Ant just asking me if the 16.88 ExaFoe is the accepted value, and i said no. Because based on the accepted thread it was only meant to be baseline.

we should either upscale archons or completely remove 4-A tier as a whole including narwhal sinners etc, i just CANNOT look at genshin verse and see archons and 6-B and then traveler and flins (none of them noted to be above archons in any sense) to be 4-A

4-A isn't the problem. Like please, give us sometimes after we upgrade the rating, not like new tier and then somebody made a downgrade crt after that.

Scale the tartaglia, then the archon will get it.

there is no explanation that narwhal fontaine is weaker than when narwhal was hungry, narwhal just became more aggressive, not a physical change, the physical strength of narwhal will be the same, childe fought for quite a long time against narwhal in the primordial sea, even neuvillette admitted that, so childe should be on the same level as foul legacy, archon is equivalent to harbinger 1-3 base , so i think that can work

About Neuvillette stuff, if L2C hasn't been downgrade yet, I suggest making it L2C with dragon authority, as @Voidnether once suggested.

At least 4A, L2C with sovereign authority, because Neuvillette isn't a dragon fighting with the four shades, he just a successor to the previous dragon, like Nahida who inherited the throne of Archon Rukhadevatta.
 
Archon Tier: For those who scale to or above Prime Archons like the Geo Archon Morax, Anemo Archon Barbatos, the Top Three of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers and those who are comparable to them. 6-B (24.62 Teratons).

Narwhal Tier: For those who scale to or above the All-Devouring Narwhal, who can swallow an innumerable amount of stars, such as Skirk and her master Surtalogi "The Foul". 4-A (16.88 ExaFoe)

What's the general consensus if someone is scaled to the top 3 and number 2 & 3 of Fatui has 4-A stats (dottore & columbina), are they scaled to capitano who's 6-B with Mavuika and the others?

They'll essentially be scaled to captain or archon.

But they'll have additional keys, like Columbina the moon goddess, or something similar.

Jahoda thing was a complete mess, theres not a single thing that can put her at that tier.

Flins was manage to keep up with the Traveler against Rerir.

Why would flins keeping up with 10% rerir make him 4-A or nefer as 4-A since she fought him directly when 4-A is through amp even for columbina and dottore
