Jujutsu Kaisen Discussion Page #1

Hey now apparently they might be trying to nuke him later so we'll see. It's implied that no other weapon would work on him to so nothing really to upscale lmfao

I don't care what is within this spoiler tag, the leaks back then said that Tsurugi had a hard time against a tiger while oneshotting it

I don't know what you guys saw... but never trust it

No, it's like..........pretty integral to the scaling. Nothing spoilery for the plot though they're just explaining why they didn't nuke sukuna

Guy's we might be saved, Japan is trying to build a nuke, if they use it then curses explode, dabura lives and mahito ressurects trust

I hope Dabura tanks the 100000 kiloton nuke with 0 damage then dies to radiation poisoning due to having no RCT so that the nukes > GojoKuna agenda finally dies

Well, I hate Eletronic for telling it for me with no spoiler tag, but I doubt that nukes are what is gonna finish the Main Guy™️, so I think it's at best a thing that they are gonna use to aura farm Dabura lol
Them saying why they didn’t nuke sukuna isn’t a spoiler tho? Or at least not a massive one

I mean, Rose was High 7-A+ lol

Plus, it was a "plot twist" attack. Meanwhile here it's not

"Oh yeah, we are gonna do plan A to kill the main guy". If the plan A works, the story ends, no twists, no tension, no nothing

But the plan A never works

So apparently Japan thinks nuke's would work on Dabura. Lmfao
1. They think that conventional weapons wouldn't be enough. So they considering to nuke him. Don't necessarily means that it would be strong enough to kill him.
2. Nukes have heat and radiation poisoning. Both are considered duraneg in this site, and sorcerers don't have resistance to both of them.

Itadori vs Dabura, Itadori loses and they drop a nuke, comparing to the final Hollow Purple of Gojo

"This nuke... has reached 3 megatons of potency"
This would result in downgrade of verse onto 8-A, isn't?(since Sukuna was almost killed by it, in 20-30m distance from it)

Any theories for Dabura's CT?

Most of the characters have CTs based on their personality (except Inherited ones), so we can have some clue if it's gonna be offensive or defensive

I feel like Yuji would main Pigeon in Bird Game 3 ngl, they're both simple but strong and they don't focus on one thing

3 teratons* + it vaporizes 70% of the pacific ocean
Congrats, they kill Dabura but they also ****** over the entire planet and everyone is probably dead.

Yeah I calced the distance a while back with angsizing they're like 23.5 m away. He'd be hit with 8-A levels of energy

Vaporising 70% of Pacific is 300 pettatons. 3 teratons is bad enough already, but it won't cause global extinction, not even close(Chicxulub was realistically at least 100x stronger)
Wait till bro finds out about radiation fall out and nuclear winter. It'd almost certainly make the surface uninhabitable for humans

Nah everyone BUT Dabura dies.

"For a 1-Mt, 50 percent fission weapon, the estimated 450-rad dose area is found to be 720 km2"
"Thermonuclear bombs are much more cleaner than normal nuclear bombs in terms of released radioactive materials per yield. Tsar Bomba (50 Mt tested yield, ~3% fission or 1.5 Mt fission equivalent) produced roughly 7 times less long-lived radioactive fallout than Castle Bravo (15 Mt, ~68% fission or 10.2 Mt fission equivalent), despite being over 3 times larger in total yield."
"As of mid-2025,approximately 99,130 registered survivors (hibakusha) of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki remain alive, with an average age of 86."
"Only one confirmed survivor from within 500 meters of Hiroshima's hypocenter is still alive (an 89-year-old man)."(9-B humans)
"A small number of nijū hibakusha (double survivors of both bombs) exist, with at least 165 documented historically; Tsutomu Yamaguchi was officially recognized before his death in 2010."

  • If nuke exploded with all its might, it would be difficult I think.
  • But would you die?
  • Nah, I would live.

Impact events weaker than 10 teratons don't produce regional extinctions. And they unironically better suited for producing nuclear winter than nuclear bombs.
And again, 3 teraton bomb would be very bad thing obviously. But not global extinction level

A 10 gigaton thermonuclear bomb that would've been kept in the US itself to be used in case of any war because it would be so destructive it'd practically ruin the world, and it wasn't created exactly because of that reason, It would've been too destructive. A 3 teraton nuke in comparison would cause a country wide firestorm, the shockwave would result in country sized waves if near the ocean (where Japan is situated). Physicists feared creating a 100 megaton bomb because it would've been too destructive and it was already deemed too destructive at 57 MT. It shattered windows literal countries away and the fall out would've still been considered too extreme. Saying that "There were survivors" doesn't make the nukes any less devastating, there ALWAYS are survivors in the history of the world even when it should be impossible. The sheer scale of fires and dust would inject massive amounts of soot into the stratosphere, blocking sunlight, causing global temperatures to plummet, leading to famine and total ecosystem collapse, aka a nuclear winter. Why do you think it wouldn't happen?

Why do you think it wouldn't happen?
As I have said, it would be very, very bad. But there were catastrophes worse than this in life history than hypothetical 3 teraton bomb(but not something that vaporises 70% of Pacific Ocean, that shit would kill everything). But let's return to manga discussion.
Tsurugi says that human sorcerers can do death binding vows. Maru says that this will strengthen someone's power and technique. But he is unsure that it would be enough for Dabura. If Mei Mei crows were strong enough to threaten (significantly weakened) Sukuna, how much grade 1-2 sorcerer get from them? And why nobody used them before?
