She isn't. The name has American origins and the actress worked for an American corn company. Despite that, Reze only wears that outfit to go out with Denji to the festival.

I hate seeing the "rumor reference" because the original is BDSM, which I find odd and disturbing. Even if Fujimoto is into that stuff, I imagine he saw the outfit as cute and remembered it from the back of his head. I doubt that's the outfit's origin though. And the persons name being "Roze" makes it very hard to think otherwise. But I remember in an interview Fujimoto expressed his opinion about the name Reze, so I can give him the benefit of the doubt.

I just hate this reference because it's linked to BDSM.

Many authors got weird stuff. Tezuka, Astro Boy author, loved to draw **** of women turning into animals. The worst case scenario is Loli and pedo shit, like with Watsuki (Samurai X author).

No, I'm not sure about Hellraiser, but a few years back I started reading TG and actually liked it.

I just don't like BDSM in general. I'm not kink shaming or anything but I just don't find it very appealing to watch some guy put himself in a cage as a woman ties herself up to a ceiling fan to have fun.

I just don't like that people would have that imagery with Reze in their mind. I saw an image from the video and it wasn't very pleasing. It looked like some medieval execution setup.
 
Japan is really angry with Fujimoto tho (from some articles and posts that I have seen), calling him **** addicted and using Fire Punch panels to shame him, saying that he probably got inspiration of the dog scene in a similar way

Most likely haters using new found ammo to let out some more shots. Shit happens. Fujimoto is beloved for his weirdness, it's hard to shame him for it when it's his entire brand and what makes him unique. He touches on very odd topics but he gets praise for being able to handle those topics well.

The hate will pass, it's the same thing as with chapter 167. Haters use any ammo they can get to hate on the author. I've seen Twitter posts and TikTok videos of people saying straight up lies about the corn star being Russian among other things to incriminate Fujimoto, including complete bogus articles claiming he wanted to take part in drawing for a very immoral and problematic mangaka with absolutely no source. Best believe that Fujimoto does not give a shit and we shouldn't either.

Its weird considering everything mangas already produced or movies (Japan has some weird movies). Like, Fujimoto didn't design Nayuta the reze outfit or in the most skin revealing outfit unlike some other authors would've. Bro keeps a lot of stuff wholesome when its needed.
 
Mainly because of intent and purpose. There is a reason why the nudity in CSM, like in the pool scene for reference, doesn't come off as inherently sexual but as artistic and beautiful. Fujimoto is a movie addict and has probably watched a huge amount of media since forever. It's his hobby and his passion and is why he can write stories and draw women like Reze or other characters without making it sexually gratifying. In that pool scene it's pure unhinged romance shown through nudity without trying to appeal to male audiences or get their trees growing.

He gets hate because when he is praised and spoken about in the way I did above, people try to critique him and bring him down. People don't like the idea of someone being praised for something on high levels. It's human nature and I can guarantee that most of Fujimoto's haters exist because he is spoken about with high regard for his writing skills.

The way the light parts and dark parts are drawn on Denjita(Pocji?)'s Body remind me of Iron Man's suits, idk why, maybe because a small gap on his chest kinda made it look like he has an arc reactor
