C6 provides a 48% Elevation buff.

About Columbina

Scales with HP, CRIT, Elemental Mastery, and Energy Recharge.
Signature artifact set buffs Lunar reaction damage
Casting Elemental Burst: opens her eyes, spreads her wings, deploys a domain (Domain Expansion).
C0 damage output is not low, higher than C0 Furina.
Elemental Burst has a 20 second duration and 15 second cooldown.
Signature weapon and C4 compensate high ER requirement.
All 6 constellations together give a 20% Elevation buff.
C1-C5 give an average of 3% Elevation buff each, C6 gives a 5% Elevation buff
Constellations also provide a Crit DMG buff.

Lunar-Crystallzie only interacts with Hydro, not with Pyro, Electro, or Cryo.

About Columbina and Lunar Bloom
When Lauma or Nefer is in the party with Columbina, Verdant Dew cap increases to 6. The increased 3 Verdant Dew slots are a "special" type of Verdant Dew.
After triggering Lunar Bloom, ordinary and special Verdant Dew recover simultaneously. When consuming Verdant Dew, prioritizes consuming special Verdant Dew.
Columbina can also consume Verdant Dew to cast Charged Attacks that deal multiple instances Lunar Bloom DMG, although the DMG multiplier is not as high as Nefer's.
Currently, Columbina on her own cannot convert Electro-Charged, Bloom or Crystallize into their Lunar variants. This may be changed in the beta.

Alright, Since this CRT is already got accepted; Low 2-C and HDE 4-D for the shades, we need to discuss about the Scaling of it and i hope everyone also participated to discuss this. Putting aside your disagreements about it, let's think about what's already got accepted first, so please pay attention.

Currently, the Four Shades are among the Top 5 of the God-Tier in the verse, including the Heavenly Principles, Dragon King Nibelung, Five Sinners and Seven Sovereigns.

First, the ones who absolutely get the scaling for me is

1. Heavenly Principles (for an obvious reason)
2. Dragon King Nibelung (also for an obvious reason)
3. Seven Sovereigns (by onpar against the Heavenly Principles and the Four Shades at the same time for forty winters and forty summers, basically 40 years.)

The Sinners case, however, I think.. It's time for us to separate them from the Top 5 of the God-Tier. Now, you might think that the sinners are stronger than the Sovereigns because of their feats. But now that the Shades becoming a Higher-Dimensional beings + having Low 2-C feats, the Sovereigns have better feats than the Sinners because they fought the Shades and the Heavenly Principles for 40 years straight, forty winters and forty summers.

So, i think we should put the Sinners back to Tier 5-B again by their statement of capable of destroying planets (which has been proven by Surtalogi) and separate them from the God-Tier, since theres not a statements of them directly relative to the Sovereigns and only have similar statements which is "Rival the entire World" and "Destroy the World".

I was also thinking the same thing as you, that HDE won't give you any tier, only a state of existence. But later, Super Nova said this, thats only works for spatial dimension while Istaroth is Temporal Dimension which has to be Low 2-C.
