Hyperion's feat there is actually more like High 1-B due to the size of realities in Marvel. But I think people here don't like it. It was rejected in the past but idk why

The Silver Surfer scan is very out of context from Infinity Crusade. The Surfer almost overloaded himself in order to destroy a moon in that part of the story, so it is an anti-feat if anything.
Also, during Heroes Reborn the Hulk simply channelled the energies of a dimensional nexus between two universes if I remember correctly.

I have an issue with this Galaxy level feat for Silver Surfer. "Being furious, he was able to create a black hole encompassing a large part of the Andromeda galaxy by using his cosmic energy discharges." Knowhere here does it imply that that black hole covers a significant part of the Andromeda, we have no reason to believe this isn't just a normal black hole. Was this feat chosen because people thought the spiral in the top right panel was the Andromeda? I really don't think that's the case, that just looks like an accretion disk.
Also, if we take this statement about Beta Ray Bill and Stardust's battle shaking the firmament of the universe seriously, that should be a High 3-A feat given how insanely consistent it is for the universe to be infinite in Marvel.
There is also this feat, of Silver Surfer making a weapon that could eventually destroy the universe, which would also support Heralds maybe being High 3-A.
Also I do want to revisit that Hyperion feat. Why isn't it accepted again? Is it just an outlier, or is there some bigger reason it isn't useable? It could be good evidence, in conjunction with scaling to Thor and Hercules for Heralds being High 1-B.

I mean, Clea was already on that level when she got the title, and say what you will about Doctor Doom but he was constantly shown and stated to be near the level of a Sorcerer Supreme in magic talent.

Yes, and Hickman also seemed to treat Earth-616 and the other universes as just regular Low 2-C universes within that storyline, due to severe inconsistencies between writers. It requires stacking the cosmology between many writers to treat it as 1-A.

They made the Penance Stare based on regrets AGAIN for the second time only this year (after GR VS Galactus), is Marvel actively on a quest to nerf it into the most pointless ability ever? Also Doom does have a million regrets and it's been part of his character development over the years but I guess his stoic aura farming is evolving from meme to actual plot device

I think we should focus more in that kind of reasonings to evaluate Cosmic level feats, otherwise it gets messy as it has been.

Shouldn't the Iron Man Armor Model 70 be Tier 5/whatever river the mid Tiers would scale in the future? It could fight/harm/defeat Ultimo, Galactus' ships and some Phoenix users. That plus being able to break through an alloy made of Vibranium and Adamtium, I think it should be way higher than Tier 7

Frankly, almost every single Iron Man armor should be 5-B (or whatever new tier). Reading through early Avengers Iron Man is ALWAYS considered to be a heavy hitter, generally second only to Thor. He's fought Wonder Man and Namor on even footing, Hawkeye said he's the second strongest Avenger, was considered by Kang to be more powerful than Vision, and the narration frequently implies he is one of the strongest beings on Earth.

Idk, currently he's definitely not considered a second only to Thor. He's around base Carol and Jennifer when using an above average armor, such as this one, Model Prime, Extremis, Bleeding Edge, Model 42, etc.

I'm only talking about Silver/Bronze Age Avengers here, before those characters joined the team. In this time he's shown to be at the same level as Vision, Namor, Wonder Man, etc. In Extremis he's pretty explicitly far above Namor.
